One of the best Chiuchow restaurants in Hong Kong. They do amazing cold dishes, appetizers, such as the crispy salted egg fish skin, and yuzu cherry tomatoes. However, they are the best when it comes to their braised goose meats, intestines, and other parts. Other highlights also include the Chiuchow style steamed fish which was light but fatty in flavor but very fresh tasting.

Traditional Chiu chow restaurants in a commercial building. Overall food taste good, staff are nice and responsive. Advance booking is recommended especially for some specific dishes.

One of the most delicious ChaoZhou cuisine restaurants in HK. The signature dishes are half traditional and half new fashion. ChaoZhou style shark fin is perfect and the soup/sauce is so creamy and full of chicken flavour. The fried shrimp ball and tofu are in good quality. The remarkable one is Marinated goose slides and wings which is fantastic. It is worth to try, but need to note that not all the dishes in the menu are worth it. Tip: Reservation in advance is required.
